At Knit Knotch, we strive to provide you with high-quality clothing and a seamless shopping experience.
Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and successfully delivered.
All sales made on our website/app are final and non-refundable.
We understand that sometimes an item may not fit as expected — which is why we offer a 7-day Size Exchange Policy (please refer to our Exchange Policy section for details).
Refunds will only be considered in very rare cases of:

Refunds are approved only if:

Our team verifies and approves the issue after inspection.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Conditions
Knit Knotch does not provide refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Sale, discount, or clearance items.

Delayed delivery due to courier or external logistics issues.

Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.

If you need a different size, you can easily initiate a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
A nominal exchange fee of ₹99 applies (please refer to the “Exchange Policy” section for details).

Can I request a second size exchange?
We do not offer a second size exchange as part of our policy. However, if you wish to initiate another exchange, a fee of ₹250 will be applicable.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong order?
At Knit Knotch, we strive to maintain the highest quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by raising a support ticket via your Knit Knotch account. After verifying your concern, we will replace the product with the correct one.
When will my pickup for size exchange take place?
Reverse pickup will typically occur within 2-3 working days through our courier partner, depending on service availability in your PIN code. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to courier the product to us. We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹250, subject to proof of payment.
Why did my pickup fail?
We make up to three attempts to pick up your order. If pickup is unsuccessful after three tries, the request will be marked failed. You may raise a support ticket to reinitiate the pickup process.
Does Knit Knotch offer returns or refunds?
Currently, Knit Knotch does not offer returns or refunds on delivered orders. We only provide size exchanges for products purchased. For other issues related to your order, please raise a support ticket, and we will do our best to assist you within 48 hours.
